Cancellation Policy |

Cancellation charges are applicable if inadequate notice is given of your inability to attend a scheduled appointment. Charges will be applied if we are unable to replace your appointment with another client. Please see details of cancellation charges below: · Failing to appear for scheduled appointment without notice incurs a cancellation charge of 100% of the scheduled appointment. · Cancellation of appointment with 0—24 hours notice incurs a cancellation charge of 100% of the scheduled appointment. · Cancellation of appointment with 24—48 hours notice incurs a cancellation charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment. · Cancellation of appointment with 48 hours to 7 days notice incurs a cancellation charge of 25% of the scheduled appointment. |
